Domestic Tunnel Houses

The Redpath Domestic Tunnel house offers the home-gardener a cost-effective solution to growing your veggies and nursery plants out of season.

Redpath offers a larger than standard home greenhouse at a full 2.8m wide and in four lengths 4m 6m 8m and 10m.

Redpath Domestic Tunnel house are proudly made in Australia and use the very same commercial products that Redpath use on their commercial range of greenhouses. The frame is made from sturdy steel SHS and the kitset is supplied with a sliding door at one end and a dedicated aluminium film clipping system called “Domlock” to securely fasten the Greenhouse film to the frame.

The standard Domestic Tunnel is supplied with UV Stabilized 200um Multi-Layer Bubble Film. The bubbles insulate the greenhouse and reduce the heat “escape” when the outside temperature drops. Light transmission is 85% with a high level of 60% diffusion to reduce stress in plants from direct light, which can be an issue in smaller structures. Includes anti-fog additives to prevent dripping onto the plants and a 3 year pro rata UV warranty (Conditions apply).

Domestic Tunnels can also be ordered with Shadecloth covers as an alternative to the Multi-Layer Bubble Film.
