Developed for kiwifruit orchards where retrieving small lengths of twine isn’t practical and composting isn’t part of day-to-day operations. Breaks down naturally in the soil at ambient temperatures; no composting system required.
Earthtwine® is a unique, environmentally-friendly, biodegradable, compostable PLA crop support twine. It has been developed with local growers to ensure that each product meets the standards and expectations of the industry.
Earthtwine® will decompose fully in a composting environment, leaving no harmful residues in the process. It breaks down into water, CO₂, and biomass.
