Spring Clip is a two-piece elastic locking system. Our high-quality Aluminium Lock Channel base forms the essential first part of the locking system. This U – shaped channel is Tek Screwed to the surface of the Greenhouse steel structure to provide a firm embedded track.

The second part of the system, the Spring Insert Wire (wave – shaped spring), comes in different thicknesses and coatings. But fitting is the same. Just stretch your cover material over the channel and simply “wiggle” the Spring wire into the channel over the top of the cover.

PVC Covers Spring Insert – Steel core with a weather-resistant 0.5mm PVC plastic coating reduces effects of ageing, solar radiation and cold. The steel core reduces deformation, while the PVC provides a smooth surface, which reduces the risk of splitting the plastic. Available in 2mm and 2.3mm thicknesses.

Stainless Steel Spring Insert – It is a corrugated spring steel wire made of 304 stainless steel. which is especially suitable for greenhouse facilities in high-humidity, salt-fog or chemically corrosive environments.
