Redpath Shadecloth knitted & woven

Many crops can benefit from shading and for some it’s essential. Redpath import and distribute a range of high quality shadecloth fabrics for use in horticulture, animal shelter and for the home garden.

A commercial grade monofilament yarn is UV stabilised and extruded in house and then converted into the various textile grades and colours. Redpath offer a fabricated cover service and make shade covers to your custom size with side hems, pockets, eyelets etc.

Three shade densities are supplied

90gsm    – “VL” = very light shade   (in roll form or fabricated covers)     Green or White colour options

196gsm  – “L”   = light shade            (in roll form or fabricated covers)     Green, White or Black colour options

240gsm  – “M”  = Medium shade     (in roll form or fabricated covers)     Green or White colour options

The VL product is a combined knitted and woven shade textile, Roll lengths are 50 metres as standard.

The “L” product is a full knitted shade textile, Roll lengths are 50 metres as standard.

The “M” product is a full knitted shade textile,Roll lengths are 50 metres as standard.

Redpath shade clips

The Redpath shade clips are a simple way to secure shadecloth to a wire or cable.  Typically you would use approximately three clips per metre of edge cloth.
