Ridder Couplings

Zinc-plated bolted chain coupling for connecting motor gearboxes to tubular shafts. The bolted chain coupling is suitable for absorbing small centering and alignment errors. The bolted chain coupling set consists of a bolted sprocket for the tubular shaft, a duplex chain and a master link. The bolted sprocket for tubular shafts is mounted on the tubular shaft by a bolt and nut.

Bolt on Zinc-plated 5/8"x3/8" coupling for connecting gearboxes to tubular shafts. The bolted chain coupling set consists of a 16-tooth 5/8"x3/8" sprocket for the tubular shaft, a duplex chain and a master link. (Requires 2 per motor)

Duplex Chains and master links are used to join motors gearboxes to couplings

Duplex Chain - 1/2" x 5/16" for joining motor gearboxes to sprockets/cogs.

Duplex Chain Link - For Duplex chain 5/8" x 3/8"

Duplex Chain - 5/8" x 3/8" for joining motor gearboxes to sprockets/cogs.

Sprockets / Cogs

Zinc-plated sprocket welded onto tubular shafts. The sprocket is attached to motor gearboxes using a duplex chain and a master link.

Welded Zinc-plated 3/4" 7/16/"" sprocket wheel for mounting on to tubular shafts using duplex chain.

Welded Zinc-plated 1/2" 5/16/"" sprocket wheel for mounting on to tubular shafts using duplex chain.
